We are designing and preparing an application for our assignment. My chosen subject in the assignment I chose to do on is "golf - the ryder cup." I have already made my planning and designs have been put together. I am now going to start putting these designs I have made and and start making my application. We are using Director to put this application together, we are currently using director in preparation for the assignment.

We are currently working on our application. In the process of getting all of the multimedia elements together on director. I have to incorporate my own parts of multimedia in this. The multimedia that I will possibily use should include images of a certain golf course holes at Banbridge, Edenmore, Tandragee or Portadown golf club.

In Information Systems we have been learning about all of the different laws their is within computing. The assignment have been based on this information. The assignments have been based on the codes of practice and how businesses use this information in their practice.

For this unit we have had 2 assignments to complete. I am currently making corrections to the 2nd assignment, once I have made the changes I hope to have got my Distinction for this unit overall.



HCI - (Human Computer Interaction) - Unit 23

In HCI we have been finding out ways in which we interact with the computers. Looking at all the differents devices and how we the users use them in everyday life. For our first assignment we were asked to improve usability, increase automation and the way in which people use computers, we are currently awaiting feedback.

For my first assingment I had to talk about the impact of cars on the economy, society and culture. 

For my second assignment

We are currently receiving our corrections back from the 3 tasks for assingment.

Digital Graphics - Unit 30

In digital graphics we have been looking at how we are able to enhance images and talk about the changes we have made to improve these pictures.















This is one of the images that I took at the Odyssey arena. I took the image onto Photoshop and made changes to improve the lighting, shading and colour.

In digital graphics I have had to do 2 assignments. I had to make a few minor changes to assignment 2 and once I do my overall grade for the unit will be a distinction. I am currently waiting to hear my final grade from the corrections I have sent.
